A. Gibson’s Web Services reserves the right to refuse services to any one or any organization at the sole discretion of Gibson’s Web Services or any of its officers for any reason whatsoever.

B. Gibson’s Web Services will not engage in or produce websites for any one or an organization that does, has or will possibly:

violate any state, federal or foreign laws or regulations;
infringe on any intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights) of Gibson’s Web Services or any third party;
are defamatory, slanderous or trade libelous;
are threatening or harassing;
are discriminatory based on gender, race, age or promotes hate;
violate any Gibson’s Web Services policy posted on the Gibson’s Web Services Site.
contain viruses or other computer programming defects which result in damage to Gibson’s Web Services or any third party.
involve any of the following:

· Crime: Sites providing instructions on hacking, phreaking, warez, bomb making, or general subterfuge and defeating of security measures.
· E/Sports: Sites dedicated to sports and sporting events or sports betting
· Interactive/Chat: Sites providing interactive communications services such as webchat and IRC
· Interactive/Mail: Sites providing interactive electronic mail services
· Intolerance: Sites advocating intolerance or hatred of a person or group of people
· Sex/Acts: Sites depicting or implying sex acts not included under sexual education. Also sites selling sexual or adult products
· Sex/Attire: Sites featuring pictures that include alluring or revealing attire, lingerie and swimsuit shopping areas, or super model photo collections, etc., but do not involve nudity
· Sex/Nudity: Sites with pictures of exposed breasts or genitalia but which do not include or imply sex acts. Sites with nudity that is artistic in nature or intended to be artistic, including photograph galleries, paintings that may be displayed in museums, or other readily identifiable art forms
· Sex/Personals: Sites dedicated to personals, dating, escort services, or mail order marriages
· Sex Ed/Advanced: Sites providing medical discussions of sexually transmitted diseases such as syphilis, gonorrhea, and HIV/AIDS. May include medical pictures of a graphic nature. Includes sites providing information of an educational nature on pregnancy and family planning, including abortion and adoption issues. Also includes sites providing information on sexual assault, including support sites for victims of rape, child molestation, and sexual abuse. Includes sites providing information and instructions on the use of birth control devices. May include some explicit pictures or illustrations intended for instructional purposes only. Includes slang names for reproductive organs, or clinical discussions of reproduction.
· Sex Ed/Basic: Sites providing information at the elementary level about puberty and reproduction. Includes clinical names for reproductive organs.
· Sex Ed/Sexuality: Sites dealing with topics in human sexuality. Includes sexual orientation issues.
· Violence: Sites depicting or advocating violence, including sites promoting violent terrorist acts against others but which do not fall under the "Intolerance" list
· Gambling in any form whatsoever

C. Client Content

Client agrees that it will not distribute, electronically transmit or display any materials supplied by Client - or through Client by a third party - to any Gibson’s Web Services site or server in connection with Client's use of the Services which:

violate any state, federal or foreign laws or regulations;
infringe on any intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights) of Gibson’s Web Services or any third party;
are defamatory, slanderous or trade libelous;
are threatening or harassing;
are discriminatory based on gender, race, age or promotes hate;
violate any Gibson’s Web Services policy posted on the Gibson’s Web Services Site.
contain viruses or other computer programming defects which result in damage to Gibson’s Web Services or any third party.

D. No "SPAM"

Client shall not use their website or services for chain letters, junk mail, spamming, or any use of distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a process. Client also shall not engage in any unsolicited email practices at Gibson’s Web Services, or otherwise, that mentions or reference any other hosted on or serviced by Gibson’s Web Services.

(Violators will have their accounts canceled and no refund will be given.)

Other Terms and Conditions

General Information

These terms and conditions apply to all users of the Gibson’s Web Services Web site. By accessing or using the Gibson’s Web Services site users agree to be bound by the following terms.
